Shichi-Go-San

November 15 is the day called "Shichi-Go-San in Japan. It's the day for the girls at the age of 3 and 7 and the boys at the age of 5 to celebrate their healthy growth with their family members. The children usually wear traditional clothes and the family visit a shrine or temple to pray for health and happiness and celebrate their age.
